A rare named and dated  brown transfer printed jug. Commemorating the death of the conservative prime minister, Robert Peel. Decorated with a bust portrait to one side, on the other with the  statesman on horseback.

A Very rare 19th century transferware child's mug. Commemorating the opening of the Thames Tunnel in 1843. The engineer on this project was none other than Isambard Kingdom Brunel and the architect was his father. An incredibly rare find. There is a similar but not identical transfer on a plate in the V & A collections. 2.75 inches tall.

No chips, cracks or restoration.
